Okay so if I’m honest, I struggle to ground. I’m a full time carer and a lot of the grounding practises leave me heavy and lethargic, and that’s if I can get time to do them - so I tried this. Between the jewellery that keeps me going during the day to the stones that work for active meditation (theoretically morning and night, but realistically whenever I can fit in a moment to breathe!) this has been like my armour against the stresses and strain in life. It has been phenomenal. Bumped into a friend the other day for the first time in a few months and apparently it’s an improvement showing in my posture too. I love how there’s a broad range of stones in it so I can choose what best calls to me at that moment and kind of fine tune the assistance. Highly effective - especially if you are short of time and/or struggle to ground - and highly recommended.
