If you buy an oil blend set on it's own, no free crystal confetti will be included.

Instructions - It's good the first time you use these oil blends to be in a completely calm and relaxed state, the reason being that the first memory of this smell will be the state of mind you want to achieve going forward. The oil blend should be rolled onto the pressure points on the wrist, neck and if you like on the temple. Ideally our suggestion is to put a large amount on the wrist and inhale as part of your routine  Repeat as necessary.
