Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to the UK, US and Canada. We ship our products via Royal Mail unless it's an international order over 2kg then we will ship via UPS.

UK shipping is completely free and usually takes 3-6 business days. Please allow extra time over busier times like Christmas.

There is a fee when orders are being shipped outside the UK. Orders under £10 will have a £12 shipping fee, orders between £10 and £75 will have a £25 shipping fee and orders over £75 will have a £35 shipping fee.

This is Royal Mail or UPS international tracked. You may have to pay customs charges your end. You will be emailed with your tracking number once shipped. Delivery times outside the UK is between 7-21 business days but it may be longer so please be patient.

Please note that your crystals will be posted to you 2-3 business days after you have placed your order. 


We hope that you love your crystals that you purchase from us. Being a new/small business, we love talking to you all and getting to know everyone who supports our business, so if you are not happy with your purchase for a valid reason, we will take the following measures to try and help you as much as we can:


If you’re unhappy with your order, we will refund your unused purchase once it has been safely returned to us within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order numberOutside of this time-frame, or without a valid receipt, we cannot offer a refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot pay for the delivery to return products back to us; you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. It will have to be tracked postage to make sure it gets to us safely  


Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed, and you will get a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


Unfortunately, we can not offer exchanges for any products. If you want another product after returning one, please place a new order.
